As this was the very first wedding ever to be held in the newly built addition to the Akron Art Museum, there was no precedent set as to how to lay out the space. Because it is divided into a few unusually-shaped areas, I found that it worked well to work with different table shapes that would best fit into these shapes. Starting with black and white linens, we added orange and lime flowers to give the room some shots of color.
